Char siu for lunch sells out quickly and requires a one-hour wait, but the freshly roasted char siu is worth the wait 😍

The char siu in the Char Siu Double Egg Rice is perfectly balanced with fat and lean meat, with a golden crispy skin and tender texture. The Maotai soy sauce chicken is tender, juicy, and has a rich, fresh flavor. The indulgent fresh foie gras and lard rice is a delightful combination of smooth foie gras and fragrant lard rice 😋
