Finally visited this ramen shop that my friend always recommends, personally managed by Japanese. This time I ordered their most famous Beef Tendon BLACK Ramen🍜 The layer of black garlic oil in the broth is very fragrant, and it’s not too salty or greasy when you drink it. The beef tendon is stewed until tender and melts in your mouth. The noodles are chewy and hold the soup well, every bite is full of essence. A must-order for those who love strong-flavored ramen. I also ordered the signature Black Dragon Tonkotsu Ramen🍜 which is also top-notch. The broth is rich yet not heavy, the pork slices have a good balance of fat and lean meat, paired with egg and seaweed, super satisfying🤩
Besides ramen, the snacks are also excellent! The takoyaki is piping hot with chunks of octopus inside; the pan-fried dumplings are made to order, crispy on the outside and juicy inside, especially delicious with vinegar😋 Paired with a glass of SUNTORY draft beer, the foam is smooth and chill, giving a real Japanese izakaya vibe.
Both the ramen and snacks maintain a high standard, truly satisfying the craving for authentic Japanese flavors!
