The Four Seasons Hotel located in Tin Lek Lane, Wanchai, is a newly opened Cantonese cuisine private restaurant in early June this year. It has a simple and elegant decoration and a comfortable atmosphere. It has become popular since its opening and has become a hidden new star among diners

• Mint and winter melon pieces: Chinese and Japanese fusion flavor, savory mint plus summer relief winter melon, refreshing and novel ~
• Trendy Marinated Big Roche Shrimp: The shrimp meat is bouncy and sweet, the shrimp paste is not fishy and has a wine aroma, super appetizing! 
• Fried crayfish with soy sauce and pepper sauce with knife noodles: The crayfish are super big, with smoky knife noodles, just right spicy, full of pan ~
• Fish Soup Golden Rice Eastern Star Spot: Before serving, you can take a picture, then pour fresh fish soup + crispy rice, the taste is rich ~
