Admiring architecture in a city less travelled to

I spent quite a bit of time wandering about the XiChang Ancient City, and was impressed by the designs of individual buildings, especially in quieter streets. Each has been artistically designed, and for for some reasons I was reminded of my time in Florence. In addition, these buildings are still very functional, some serve as beautiful hotels,some as restaurants, most with impressive courtyards. Enjoyed my time here.
