A small shrine located in a residential area of Yahatanishi-ku, Kitakyushu-shi, Fukuoka.
It is worshiped as the local guardian deity.
Many visitors come here from New Year's Eve to New Year's Day.
The shrine grounds appear after climbing a long flight of stairs.
The lanterns have a deer pattern, which is unusual.
It seems that you cannot get a goshuin (stamp of a shrine seal).
This shrine enshrines Emperor Ojin.
