Autumn in southern Anhui is like a palette spilled by the gods 🎨, especially in Taichuan, Yixian County, which is a paradise for photography enthusiasts! Red maples, morning mist, and Huizhou-style architecture make every shot a masterpiece~

📍Must-visit spots for autumn viewing in Taichuan
1️⃣ Taichuan Autumn Scenery
The colorful Chinese tallow trees contrast beautifully with the white walls and black tiles. The "Top 100 Photography Spots in Huangshan" viewpoint around the village offers an excellent perspective. It’s best to arrive around 7 AM when the morning mist lingers. Address: Y102, Yixian County, Huangshan City, Anhui Province (open all day)

2️⃣ Lucun Viewing Platform
Search directly for "Lucun Viewing Platform" on your navigation app. This is the best spot to overlook the morning mist and cooking smoke. Remember to bring a telephoto lens to capture the red maples and horse-head walls in the same frame.

3️⃣ Outside Hongcun Village
Actually, the vast fields outside Hongcun Village are the most beautiful autumn shooting locations. The golden waves of rice and distant mountains create stunning layers, and there’s no need to buy tickets to enter the scenic area~

📸 Photography tips:
- It’s recommended to wear solid colors; red or white works great in photos
- The light is softest between 6-8 AM, perfect for portraits
- Bring a folding chair; sitting in the fields like we did makes for a great vibe

🍁 Best viewing period:
From late October to mid-November, when the Chinese tallow tree leaves change from green to red, is the most beautiful

🚗 Transportation advice:
It’s recommended to hire a car for touring. These spots are close to each other, and parking is convenient if you drive yourself. It takes about 1.5 hours by car from Huangshan North Station to Taichuan.
