Designed by Liu Chongsheng, an architect who won the Architectural Emerging Award, the floating box overlooks the Lanyang River to the north and the rice waves to the south through an agricultural landscape. The light shines through the gaps and the skylight, just like the little prince's telescope, quietly observing the fields, waterfowl and rain on the base.
