1️⃣ Yueyang Tower: Composed of several small scenic spots, a place where literati and poets drank and wrote poetry, also famous for the love story of Xiao Qiao and Zhou Yu.

🔸Photo spots: Baling Square, entrance of Yueyang Tower scenic area, just inside the entrance of Yueyang Tower scenic area

Check the sunset time in advance, arrive at the edge of Dongting Lake before sunset, seize the moment to capture amazing photos.
At night, although climbing the tower is not allowed, the scenery is as beautiful as during the day, and there are performances.

2️⃣ Yueyang Museum: Small exhibition hall with few collections, although it explains Yueyang’s history, it’s not worth visiting under the scorching sun.

5️⃣ Dongting Lake: Located next to Yueyang Tower, Dongting Lake at sunset is perfect for photography.
