Restaurant Schäferstube is a famous lamb restaurant
They cook it medium rare
It was really fresh, so there was no gamey smell
It was moist on the outside and inside, and very delicious.
The only regret was that the portion was too small.

Raclette is a menu that all my friends who have been to Switzerland
recommended.
It felt like a preview of cheese fondue.
The cheese wasn't greasy at all, but salty and rich
It was the best when you roll it with potatoes👍
