In Sichuan, when I pack my luggage and start a free self-driving trip, I will first go to western Sichuan, and if I have a reason to travel to western Sichuan, it is that I can't help but want to set foot on the pure land of the Aba Plateau in western Sichuan, as well as the beautiful scenery on the road to this pure land. West of Sichuan, there are not only Daocheng Aden and Jiuzhaigou, Huanglong...... In fact, there are countless beautiful scenery in western Sichuan, on the plateau folded by the mountains, in that magnificent unpolluted field, waiting for you who love to travel to explore with me. This is an extraordinary journey to explore the mysteries, and my friends and I have gained a lot during the three-day trip to Aba in western Sichuan, and the scenery is really beautiful!
Travel time and itinerary:
travel time is three days from April 8th to 10th, and the self-driving tour route is the Aba Ring Road in western Sichuan, the specific route arrangement:
on the first day, Chengdu - Wenchuan - Lixian - Hongyuan - Ruoerge Jiuqu Yellow River First Bay, Huahu (the whole journey is 570 kilometers);
Day 2: Ruoerge Flower Lake - Brazil Conference Site - Dalu Tibetan Village - Shenxian Pond Scenic Area - Jiuzhaigou (180 kilometers);
Day 3: Jiuzhaigoukou - Songpan - Maoxian - Chengdu (460 km).
The first bay of the Jiuqu Yellow River:
This is part of the Ger Dam grassland in Aba Prefecture, western Sichuan, and the boundless green grass spreads from this side of the mountain to the river valley and riverbed, as if connecting heaven and earth. When we mention the Yellow River, perhaps, everyone understands that the Yellow River exists only in the north. In fact, in our Sichuan territory, there is also a section of the Yellow River scenic spot in Ruoerge County on the Aba Plateau in western Sichuan, that is, the first bay of the Jiuqu Yellow River. As the saying goes, "the water of the Yellow River comes from the sky", this "water in the sky" turned a big bend in Tangke Town, Ruoerge County, leaving behind the beautiful scenery of the first bay of the Yellow River, where the scenery is amazing and nostalgic. In our conventional thinking and visual impression, the water of the Yellow River should be surging and the water quality should be yellow and turbid. But when I arrived in Ruoerge County in Aba Prefecture, all my imagination was overturned by the real scenery here. Here, the Yellow River is like a beauty without makeup, pure and bright, as long as the wind is not strong, the water surface can also be calm like a mirror, clearly reflecting the blue sky and white clouds and the surrounding grasslands and mountains. The sunrise and sunset here are the most worth waiting and watching, and it is also a paradise for photographers and the best photography destination, and it is also a must-see attraction for many self-driving tourists passing by this road.
Ruoerge Flower Lake Scenic Area:
Huahu is a natural lake on the grassland of the Ger Dam, and it is also the most beautiful wetland in China, the hometown of black-necked cranes, and the second largest wetland in our country. It is located next to National Highway 213 between Ruoerge in Sichuan and Langmu Temple in Gansu. Here, we enjoy the beautiful scenery of nature and marvel at the magic of nature. This is an excellent tourist and photography destination, especially the flower lake after the snow. We stroll through the flower lake, as if stepping into the pure world of the sky, and the mood will suddenly be enlightened, the lake water here plus the snow covered after the snow, as well as the clear blue of some waters, and the yellow of the dry grass, constitute a colorful color, which is an indescribable beauty.
Brazilian Conference Site:
We continued to follow the red marks of our ancestors, did not forget our original intentions, and went on another journey, and arrived at the site of the Brazil Conference, formerly known as Banyou Monastery, located in the southeastern border of Aba Prefecture and Gansu Province, in Baxi Township, Ruoerge County (before 1956, Songpan County), near the edge of the grassland, it is a semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral Tibetan settlement, 32 kilometers east of Ruoerge County. The wall of the Daxiong Treasure Hall is 27.70 meters wide and 33.7 meters deep, and the apse is 14.50 meters wide and 6.22 meters deep, and the entire plane is "convex" in shape. The hall wall is built and rammed with loess slabs, the bottom is wide and narrow, the wall foundation is 1.40 meters thick, and the balance is 8.92 meters. In addition to the Brazilian Conference site, the Brazilian Conference Memorial Hall was also established next to it.
Lama Ridge:
The altitude of Lama Ridge is nearly 4,000 meters, which is a pass on Ruojiu Road, which is open and has a good panoramic viewing effect, and many blockbusters on Ruojiu Road come from here. Regarding the origin of the place name of Lama Ridge, it is called Lama Ridge because it is Qiuji Township in Ruoerge County, Sichuan Province, and is a sacred mountain believed in by the local people.
Dalu Tibetan Village:
Dalu Ancient Tibetan Village is one of the oldest surviving villages in China, the ancient Tibetan Village is located in a gentle slope area on the mountainside, and the buildings are staggered layer by layer, preserving the most primitive pedal house structure. The ancient Tibetan village of Dalu has experienced thousands of years of wind and rain, and the traditional tatami houses are lined up, like a three-dimensional "Xiangba" woodcut print spread between the mountains and rivers.
Dalu Ancient Tibetan Village, unique geographical location and climatic conditions and diverse regional culture have given birth to the rich tourism resources of Dalu Township, not only the Immortal Pond Scenic Area, known as the "epitome of the Yellow Dragon of Jiuzhai" and the "last ancient Tibetan village" Dalu Village, but also the nearly 700-year-old Sakya Tibetan Buddhist temple Dalu Temple. In the ancient Tibetan village of Dalu, we tasted the most beautiful natural villages together, saw the Tibetan mill, turned the ancient prayer wheel with our own hands, and prayed for blessings, watched the white pagoda, and watched the prayer flags flutter in the wind......
Overview of the Nenen Sangcuo (Fairy Pool) Scenic Area:
"Nenen Sangcuo", also known as the Immortal Pool, means the place where fairies bathe. A real Nen Sangcuo (fairy pool), which not only has the magic of the yellow dragon, but also the magnificence of Jiuzhaigou. It really achieves both Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong landscapes. The typical surface karst landform here, the hillsides are wrapped in yellow and milky white calcareous, forming 2,600 pools and mountain lakes of different sizes and bright water, which is what we call "Haizi" and "calcified terrace". The calcification rate here is very fast, which is the world's fastest calcification deposition rate in modern times.
This legendary place where fairies bathe, in the sea where Nen Sangcuo (fairy pool) is distributed, the first sight is blue, and the blue is green. In the sea, there are also dead trees lying quietly at the bottom of the water, with different shapes. There are also a variety of moss spread all over the bottom of the water and the shore. Looking up, leaning against the lake and facing the wind, the water surface suddenly rippled.
In the Nenen Sangcuo (Fairy Pool) Scenic Area, we also see many large and small "terraces" paved in front of us, showing colorful and varied forms in the sun, coupled with the lush mountains and forests around the Immortal Pool, layers of green mountains, as if covered with layers of green gauze, more beautiful and elegant, like a quiet fairy sitting upright, watching over this pure land. The beautiful natural scenery and unique customs are highly ornamental, and are praised by the majority of photography enthusiasts as "a photographer's paradise" and a natural oxygen bar for "washing the lungs". It is more like a calcification pool of different sizes and bright water, with pure texture and exquisite shape, like a natural sculpture of art.
The order of visiting Nen En Sangcuo (Fairy Pool) Scenic Area can be divided into three visiting parts:
The entire scenic spot of Nenen Sangcuo (Fairy Pool) is surrounded by vast forests and seas, and the scenic spot is divided into three scenic spots from bottom to top by tall trees and dense arrow bamboo, the lower section is called "Jinliu Panbo", the middle section is called "Fairy Pool", and the upper part is called "Lotus Terrace Reflection".
