Mount Batur Bali 🇮🇩

Mount Batur is an active volcano located at the center of two concentric calderas north west of Mount Agung on the island of Bali, Indonesia. Elevate at 1717 m.

We had a driver that picked us up at 2am from our location drive there where we meet our trekking guide that got us up there safely, and down and he also took us some great photos. Start trekking at 4am. The hike isn't that simple for normal people with a medium fitness level, but with lots of breaks to catch up your breath.

When you're up you forget about all that struggle, the views are surreal, amazing and breath taking. You're above the clouds, can see the lake, the ocean, the other volcanos, the crater of Batur vulcano and it's hot steamy breath. Beware of monkeys!
