[ Bali ] Snorkeling Experience in Nusa Dua

Nusa Dua is a popular snorkeling spot in Bali, but my experience was not very good. This time, I took a speedboat to the sea of Nusa Dua, but unfortunately, the water clarity was disappointing, and I couldn't enjoy it much.

Traveling by Speedboat

Taking a speedboat to the sea for snorkeling was a very exciting experience. The thrill of the boat's speed and the refreshing feeling while cruising on the sea were wonderful. However, the experience after arriving at the destination was a bit different from what I expected.

Low Water Clarity

I had heard that the sea in Nusa Dua is usually beautiful, but when I visited, the water clarity was very low, making it unsuitable for snorkeling. I couldn't see the colorful coral reefs and fish I had hoped for, which was a bit disappointing. It might have been due to the season or weather conditions, but on that day, I couldn't enjoy clear water.

Reasons I Don't Recommend It Much

Honestly, it was difficult to enjoy snorkeling itself because of the low water clarity. Nusa Dua has many other beautiful beaches, so if you plan to visit for snorkeling, it might be better to choose a place with higher water clarity.

Summary

My snorkeling experience in Nusa Dua was unfortunately disappointing. The speedboat ride itself was fun, and there were enjoyable parts when visiting other activities and tourist spots, but if you plan to visit for snorkeling, I recommend checking the water clarity and conditions before making plans.
