Wat Pho (Reclining Buddha)

I initially didn’t want to visit Wat Pho but I accidentally boarded a 5 baht ferry from Wat Arun so I was like, "I might as well."

I was surprised at the crowd and even more when I was at the ticket counter that the entrance fee increased from 100 baht to 200 baht.

I went inside and I was in awe at how big the reclining buddha was. The details on the ceilings and walls were also nice to see.

It was quick, however, as tourists only went around the Buddha in under 10 minutes. There was a museum nearby so I spent time there too.

Tips:

1. Wear easy to remove shoes as it's required and there are many people grabbing for the green shoe cases.
2. Don't carry too much stuff when you visit.
