The Minor Vihara Building is part of the royal cemetery within Wat Ratchabophit Sathitmahasimaram Ratchaworawihan. It is a European-style building constructed during the reign of King Rama V, used to enshrine the ashes and relics of royals from the Chakri dynasty and other royal families.
The Minor Vihara Building is a single-story structure with walls all around, a tiled roof, and wooden doors and windows fitted with stained glass. Inside the Minor Vihara are the ashes of Chao Khun Phra Prayurawong (Chao Khun Jom Manda Pae in the reign of King Rama V) and her daughters, as well as Chao Jom Manda Mod in the reign of King Rama V, along with their sons, daughters, and members of the Arpakorn and Suriyong royal families.
Additionally, the Minor Vihara houses the ashes of Prince Chumphon Khet Udomsak (The Father), who is revered by the general public, especially naval officers.
