[📍Wat Paknam] A temple with a fantastical atmosphere🛕 No matter how many times you visit, you'll want to go back again and again!

I also decided on a last-minute destination: Wat Pak Nam Phasi Charoen.
I happened to see it featured on the news in Japan as a great spot for social media, so I headed there without even thinking about how to get there or where it was!
I thought it might be crowded because it's popular and admission is free, but I got there early and the temple was surprisingly empty.
I immediately headed to the 5th floor, where the Buddha's relic stupa and the Buddha's life scroll are located. 🫣
It was so beautiful! I'm so glad I came.
I also recommend doing the tamboon in front of the pagoda!

There are temple-related exhibits on every floor, not just the 5th floor. 😀
I also recommend taking your time to look around!
📍Wat Pak Nam Parsee Charoen🗺️300 ซอย รัชมงคลประสาธน์ แขวงปากคลองภาษีเจริญ เขตภาษีเจริญ 10160(300 Ratchamongkhon Prasat Alley, Pak Khlong Phasi Charoen, Phasi Charoen, Bangkok 10160 Thailand) 🚃 10-minute walk from Bang Pai Station on the MRT Blue Line 🥹 I was worried about whether I could get a boat or songthaew, so I took the subway Ⓜ️ and then walked! It's a fair bit of walking, and it can get hot, so I recommend taking precautions.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Bang Pai Station on the MRT Blue Line, but if you're not familiar with the area, it might take about 15-20 minutes.

💰Temple fees range from 0-40 ฿. This includes water and offerings for the tamboon.

Recommendation: Go in the morning for plenty of leisurely photo opportunities! ⚠️It's a temple with free entry, but please be careful not to expose your skin, get in the way of people doing the tamboon, stretch your legs, or lie down.
