[One-day tour in Shenzhen - taste champion-level latte art in the alleys of the community☕]

It was a rare opportunity to go to Gusu, so I found a coffee shop in a residential area. The shop wasn’t very big, which allowed me to have more interactions with the barista.

The main reason for coming here is that the boss is a latte art champion, and seeing that there is SOE here, it feels like a good coffee shop. Although I really want to drink hand-brewed coffee, I ended up choosing dark roast latte for the latte art.

It happened to be the Dragon Boat Festival when I came, so the coffee was specially made into a lively dragon shape (with pearls) for me. I really admire this skillful hand. The dark roasted coffee flavor is more prominent and has a heavier feel. It is very creamy in the mouth, which is really good.

Then I found out that he was making this cup of coffee which I thought was coconut cold brew, but he said it was lychee coffee 😍😍😍 I must try it next time!

I heard from the boss that the coffee shop will move to a new location soon, which will be bigger and easier to find. I really want to come here to drink hand-brewed coffee next time.
