I would like to introduce PAGE ONE, a quiet and pretty bookstore near Qianmen Street (前门大街) in Beijing, China. I was reading a novel by the famous Chinese writer Yu Hua (余华) at a cafe in the morning, and I was curious about the rest of the story, so I looked for a nearby bookstore.

PAGE ONE appeared on the map as a bookstore near where I was, so I went there. It was a large and magnificent bookstore, but it was quiet and had a good atmosphere. I asked the staff right away for the book I was looking for, and the staff found it for me and recommended the book. They were very culturally savvy and very kind, so just visiting them made me feel good.

I bought two books by Yu Hua. The price of the books was similar to Korea, 45-47 yuan. You could also stamp the stamp placed in the bookstore.
