Haidilao, the world of stir-fry, Little Bullfrog Restaurant

Xiaofangniu, originating in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, is known as the Haidilao of stir-fry. Their focus is on service and the flavor of their dishes. I went there once for a family gathering. The overall taste was quite good, indeed, and the service was quite attentive. Free soft serve ice cream was available while waiting in line. Regarding the quality of the food, the Northeastern large rice noodle soup with its accompanying freshness and well-seasoned sauce was also quite good, making it quite flavorful! The Shenxian Chicken is the restaurant's signature dish, similar to crispy chicken, marinated to perfection, resulting in crispy skin and fragrant meat. The fish-flavored eggplant casserole was delicious, with just the right amount of saltiness and a good sauce-to-sauce ratio. The Kung Pao Chicken was decent, with a decent peanut crunch. The sweet and sour Kung Pao flavor was also good, and the chicken was quite tender. The dry pot pig intestines were just the right amount of spicy but well-seasoned, and the intestines were cleanly prepared without any offal smell. They were also cooked to perfection. The roast duck (half a duck) was surprisingly juicy and crispy for a non-Beijing-style restaurant. Many Beijing roast duck restaurants may not be as good as his roast duck! But I think the sweet noodle sauce can be improved. The Xinjiang red willow branch lamb skewers are indeed more Xinjiang-style. The meat is fresh, but the seasoning is a little heavy, which suppresses the taste of the meat itself. It is slightly inferior to the Xinjiang and Northwest-style skewers, but the overall quality of the dishes is online. It does not have the taste of pre-prepared dishes. There must be side dishes from the central kitchen, but they are not pre-heated. I still agree with this! #网红餐厅 #北京烤鸭 #北京美食探店 #小放牛 #炒菜世界海堤老沙
