For those who plan to visit Beijing and want to go to the suburbs to see the view of the Great Wall worth millions
I recommend you to visit Simatai Great Wall!!

Because Simatai Great Wall is the most dangerous section of the Great Wall and has been preserved the most,
it really gives me goosebumps when I actually go there. It's so beautiful!!! I can't believe it's still in Beijing🥹🧡
I recommend that anyone who has time and energy should really go there (because after we take the Cable Car, we have to walk up the stairs, which are very steep!!!)

This time, we also went to Gubei Water Town.
This ancient town was built later.
You can walk around the town and relax. The atmosphere is nice. It's like being in another world.
(I don't know why there are so many cats!!!) And the little sister is very cute ☺️)

But you may need to leave some time because it is quite far to walk to the Cable Car to go up the Great Wall.

⏰Opening hours:
Day Tour; 9:00-17:00, Last admission at 16:10
Night time; May-October: 18:00-21:40
November-April: Divided into Sunday-Thursday: 17:30-20:10, Friday-Saturday: 17:30-20:40

💴Entrance fee: There are many packages to choose from.
We chose the price of 280 yuan (including the entrance fee to Gubei Water Town + Simatai Great Wall as a day tour with a round-trip Cable Car fee).

🚌Transportation:
Take the bus at the Dong Zhi Men Wai - Gubeishuizhen stop.
We are not sure about the bus schedule. But our bus leaves at around 8.50 am (I recommend arriving 20-30 minutes before departure because you have to queue for the bus. If it's full, you have to get on the next one.)

💴Fee: 48 yuan per person
