#BeijingTravel
On our most recent trip, we had the opportunity to visit %Arabica Beijing Baita Si, one of the brand's newest branches in Beijing. It's located near our hostel in the city's old hutong zone.
⸻
Location & Atmosphere
This branch is located near Baita Temple (White Pagoda/Baita Si) in Beijing's Xicheng District, an architectural and cultural landmark of the city's old quarter.
The restaurant's décor is characterized by a modern blend of wood, brick, and steelwork that seamlessly blends with the traditional architecture of the hutong area.
A highlight was the open-air terrace upstairs, which overlooks the White Pagoda and the courtyard inside the restaurant—an open-air vantage point not to be missed.
⸻
Experience & Highlights
We entered the restaurant in the evening and found it warm, with light from outside filtering in through the delicate wood and steel frames. It didn't feel stark.
Another highlight is that the cafe is pet-friendly—anyone with a small dog or cat is welcome to bring them along.
The menu offers a wide variety of options, including Hound coffee and signature blends, as well as desserts, cakes, and pastries. While the menu isn't exactly innovative, the quality and quantity are worth the price.

Summary of my feelings:
Visiting % Arabica Baita Si is a memorable introduction to a Beijing-style cafe. For those staying in the Old City area—it's a short walk away, and you'll enjoy the coffee, the view, and the warm atmosphere that complements the old city. If you're planning a visit to Hutong and Baita Temple, be sure to stop by!
If you'd like, could you help me find Google Maps coordinates, opening hours, and recommended menu items? It'll be much easier to use when you actually get there. 😊
