Especially near Balicasag Island, the waters are crystal clear, teeming with colorful fish.
And turtles, so plentiful they're called "dog turtles" because they're like neighborhood dogs,
are easily visible to anyone who knows how to dip their head in the water.
Snorkeling alone is beautiful,
so how magical would it be to float underwater while scuba diving?
