Busan is absolutely packed with cool stuff—think colorful villages, Insta-worthy temples, epic coastlines, and sky-high views! 😍 You can hit multiple scenic spots in a day, and most are easy to reach by public transport. If you need a break from Seoul, Busan should be top of the list!
Top Spots to Visit in Busan:
🗺️ Yeongdo Lighthouse (1054 Dongsam-dong, Yeongdo-gu): Open Tue-Sun 9am-6pm. Peaceful cliff views and fresh ocean air! Combine it with Taejongdae Observation Deck (257 Jeonmang-ro, Yeongdo-gu) for a panoramic city-meets-sea snap.
🌉 Mipo (1050-2 Jung-dong, Haeundae-gu): Perfect sunrise/sunset spot—walk the boardwalk or start the scenic train to Cheongsapo.
🏖️ Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory (산3-9 Jung-dong, Haeundae-gu): Open 9am-6pm. Glass-floored skywalk over crashing waves (don’t look down if you’re squeamish!).
🎨 Gamcheon Culture Village (203 Gamnae 2-ro, Saha-gu): Open 9am-6pm. Explore winding alleys, mural walls, indie cafés. Try sweet rice donuts from tiny local bakeries!
🌊 Haedong Yonggung Temple: Jaw-dropping cliffside temple—get there early for sunrise photos and avoid crowds.
🏙️ BUSAN X the SKY: Check out one of the best 360° views in Korea from the city’s highest observatory.
🚘 Getting Around: Public buses and metro go nearly everywhere—grab a T-money card. Taxis are affordable and plentiful. For seaside spots, combine metro+buses with walking.
🍜 What/Where to Eat: Try milmyeon (cold wheat noodles) in Seomyeon! Seafood at Gwangalli Beach, and street snacks at Haeundae Blueline Park.
💡 Key Tips: Most spots open 9am-6pm, so plan sunset views fast. Carry cash for small eats/entry fees. Weather can change quickly—bring layers!
