✨️This temple was once the site of the 8th Buddhist Council and is considered one of the most important temples in the country. It has the Sri Maha Bodhi Buddha Gaya pagoda, which is considered the pagoda for the year of the Snake according to the beliefs of the Lanna people. The temple is made of laterite and decorated with beautiful stucco patterns. There is a golden Buddha image and a beautiful Lanna Buddha image in the pagoda.
