Wat Chet Yot, also known as Wat Phothara Maha Wihan, is a beautiful ancient temple in Chiang Mai. The chedi is constructed of laterite and decorated with stucco patterns. It boasts seven prang spires, each resembling the Bodh Gaya style of India, similar to the Bodhi Throne and Mahabodhi Pagoda in India. Therefore, it is considered the sacred relic for those born in the Year of the Snake.
