📍 Wat Ming Muang is a temple located in the heart of Chiang Rai, at the intersection of Banphapra Road and Trairat Road, Nai Wiang Subdistrict, Mueang District, Chiang Rai Province, within Chiang Rai Municipality.

📒 Wat Ming Muang was once known as Wat Ngio by locals as it was a Shan temple. Locals also sometimes called it Wat Chang Moob (Elephant Crouching).
