The moment I stepped into Sanse Yunhe Xue Inn, I was stunned by the boundless sea view before me. Through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, Erhai Lake sparkled, and the mist swirled around Cangshan Mountain, as if I had checked into a landscape painting.

👑 Prime location in Shuanglang Ancient Town, super convenient for travel

The hotel is located in the center of Shuanglang Ancient Town, Dali City. Stepping outside, you enter lively streets and alleys, perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Designed by the water, the guesthouse is tightly connected to Erhai Lake, making it a true waterfront accommodation. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach Nanzhao Style Island, Sun Palace, and Moon Palace. Xizhou Ancient Town is about a 30-minute drive, and Dali Ancient City is only about an hour away.

🏡 High-end, lightly luxurious facilities with attention to detail

I stayed in the Romantic Sunset Sea View King Room, equipped with a Dyson hairdryer, Marshall Bluetooth speaker, and TOTO smart toilet, exuding quality. The room thoughtfully provided a hair clip, face masks, makeup remover wipes, and even a washing machine, far exceeding my expectations for a guesthouse.

The shower room has a dry-wet separation with strong water pressure, and the toiletries carry a fresh fragrance. The bathtub faces Erhai Lake, making the experience of soaking while stargazing at night unforgettable.

The hotel’s public areas are full of design flair. The rooftop sky mirror and pool terrace are perfect for stunning photos with just a casual snap. The hotel also offers a free professional photography service (5 original photos included). Although I knew there might be extra fees for retouching, when the photos came out, I was more than happy to pay for this beautiful memory.

💁 Impeccable but unobtrusive butler service

Special praise goes to the butler service! Manager Yang, Xiao Gang, and A Tao provide textbook-level service: luggage handling, recommending travel routes, offering tips to avoid pitfalls, and even upgrading our room for free. Their enthusiasm is just right—not overwhelming but always there when needed.

🍜 Delightful dining experience

The hotel’s breakfast rice noodles are rich and delicious, the best I’ve had in Dali. The afternoon tea snacks are exquisite, especially the tiramisu, freshly made, soft, and moderately sweet. The goodnight dessert was sweet to the heart.

2. The photography service includes 5 free original photos; retouching requires extra payment and can be chosen as needed
3. It’s recommended to contact the butler in advance to book pick-up and drop-off services, especially when carrying large luggage

5. The guesthouse was newly renovated in 2023, with brand-new facilities and stronger design sense
