Fiordland National Park

Rain Makes Fiordland Perfect
Fiordland is one of the wettest places in the world, with over 200 rainy days a year. Locals often say, "Fiordland is complete only when it rains," and after experiencing it myself, I couldn't agree more. When it rains, hundreds or even thousands of waterfalls cascade down the cliffs, creating a breathtaking spectacle. Even in September, unpredictable rain showers occurred, but thanks to the 'September Travel Grant,' I was well-prepared with a sturdy waterproof jacket and backpack, allowing me to enjoy this waterfall paradise without worrying about getting wet. Fiordland amazes visitors even on rainy days.
