Chew Jetty Penang

I recently had the privilege of heading to Penang in Malaysia for work! I had a day off and decided to head to Chew Jetty for a stroll after a scrumptious breakfast.

The Chew Jetty is made out of stilt houses built around a walkway in a waterside village. Thus jetty dates back to the 1800s! The jetty offers a perfect mix of tourism, history and also a village.

The views from the jetty were phenomenal, with a view of the vast sea and Penang bridge. If you’re lucky, you’ll get to ride one of the resident’s boats and pet their cats!
