Luxurious escape in Yangshuo

The Auruá Hotel in Yangshuo is one of the most beautiful hidden gems I’ve found in China. It is a luxury resort that has been built into an old sugar mill and has so much history and character. The staff is incredible, the buildings are incredible, the food is incredible, the rooms are incredible, the pool is INCREDIBLE. Really, I cannot say enough good things about our stay here.

It is located directly on the Li river and the views are immaculate. Be sure to head to the pool in the evening to see the green and blue lights that illuminate the area.
