🥖 Beef Stew Bliss in Hanoi – Dipping Into Flavor at Phở Bò, Bún Chả & Nem

While strolling through the streets of Hanoi, we stumbled upon Phở Bò, Bún Chả & Nem, a humble eatery serving up classic Vietnamese fare. Though we had already tried pho earlier in the day, we decided to switch things up and ordered the Vietnamese beef stew (Bò Kho) — and it turned out to be a great choice.

The broth was rich, sweet, and full of flavor, with tender beef chunks swimming in the bowl. It came with a crispy mini baguette that was perfect for soaking up the broth — warm, crusty on the outside, and delightful when dipped.

The restaurant itself is modest in size, with two seating areas: one air-conditioned and another more open-air setup. It’s a simple, no-frills place, but it delivers where it counts — in taste and value. The prices were reasonable, making it a great casual dining stop while exploring the city.

✅ Final Verdict:

A great little find for authentic, flavorful Vietnamese stews and comfort dishes. Don’t miss the beef stew with baguette if you’re looking to try something beyond pho!
