Osaka-yaki, Okonomiyaki.

A lot of new restaurants have opened in Kai Tak. I was attracted to this Japanese restaurant because of its clean and tidy decor. I tried a few authentic dishes, and the prices were reasonable! As soon as I sat down, I tried the Salt-Grilled Chicken Set. The chicken was crispy and fragrant, with a delicious salt-grilled flavor. It came with miso soup, pickles, and white rice, making it a very satisfying meal!

Next, I tried the OSAKA OKONOMIYAKI with kimchi. The okonomiyaki was rich in ingredients, with tender pork, bonito flakes, seaweed, egg yolk sauce, and okonomiyaki sauce, making it very flavorful! The kimchi was sour and spicy, very appetizing!

Finally, I tried the Teppan Takoyaki. The octopus pieces were chewy, and with the bonito flakes and sauce, it was very enjoyable!
