Dinner at b.o.t.h. eatery

This time, my friends and I went to b.o.t.h. eatery for dinner again. We ordered a three-person set menu for HK$998.

The set included 3 servings of cream of mushroom soup, which tasted average; one main course of pan-seared New Zealand sirloin steak (8 oz), which was seared to perfection with a juicy and tender interior; one slow-cooked red wine braised beef cheek with spinach risotto, where the beef was tender and the rice absorbed the rich flavors of the dish, making it very delicious; and an American BBQ pulled pork flatbread, cut into six slices, with flavorful pork and a crispy crust—definitely worth trying! For dessert, we had the classic Basque cheesecake and chocolate brownie. The cheesecake was creamy and soft, while the brownie was a bit on the sweet side.

We also ordered additional dishes, including lemongrass white wine clams for HK$148, where the clams were fresh and tender, paired with French bread; and crispy truffle fries for HK$68, which had a strong truffle aroma and came with a special dipping sauce.

Overall, the dinner was delicious, with the food maintaining a consistent quality. Definitely worth a try!
