For dinner, we headed to Tsim Sha Tsui’s "Niu Pin Taiwanese Hot Pot 🍲" to catch the first round and try their newly launched "Limited Edition 6-Row Dad Way" Beef Deluxe All-You-Can-Eat Set! Featuring Japanese direct-imported Nara beef 🐄, the farm insists on natural feeding, with marbling as evenly patterned as snowflakes ❄️. At first bite, you feel the fat gently melting, followed by a milky, sweet meat flavor 😋, completely free of the greasiness typical of regular wagyu.

The biggest surprise is that each person is also gifted a live abalone 🦪, paired with the summer-exclusive, super healthy "Cordyceps Flower White Jade Pot 🍄". The broth is clear and sweet, and sipping a couple of mouthfuls before dipping the meat is incredibly comforting 💆‍♂️. Limited water lotus is crisp and refreshing to cut the richness 🥬, and the U.S. beef short ribs have great marbling too 👍, perfect for dipping in Taiwanese satay sauce.
