Bake House VS HashtaqB, the famous egg tarts in Hong Kong

Anyone going to Hong Kong must not miss trying egg tarts, right?
And the two must-try shops are these:

💙Bake House uses sourdough pastry. The custard cream is smooth, soft, and very sweet and delicious. The price is cheaper but the pieces are smaller. You can buy them to take back to Thailand as gifts and carry them on the plane. You can buy them at the Citygate branch, but you might need to allow a little extra time.

💚HashtaqB uses pie crust (I think). It’s very crispy, and every bite makes the crust crumble everywhere, haha. The pieces are bigger, the custard is sweet and tasty but not as smooth, and personally, it’s sweeter than the other one. I bought mine at the Tsim Sha Tsui branch, the wait wasn’t too long. They have many flavors; when I went, they had original, pistachio, and black sticky rice. Personally, the original flavor is the best.

For me, 💙 Bakehouse is 10/10, the most delicious in my heart.
So, which egg tart shop do you like more and why? Come share with us!
