Malaysian Cuisine x Hong Kong Nostalgic Delights

Located near K11 in Tsim Sha Tsui, "Leung Chao" specializes in a fusion of Malaysian cuisine and Hong Kong nostalgic dishes, offering great value for money☺️. It's truly a hidden gem in a tourist hotspot.

Their signature dish, "Pan-Fried Crispy Egg with Pork Patty Rice," is incredibly tempting. The egg is beautifully fried🍳, and the pork patty is tender, juicy, and delightfully bouncy—absolutely delicious😍.

Another main dish we tried was the "Fresh Shrimp Pepper Soup Noodles"🦐, featuring several fresh, large shrimp😍. The peppery soup noodles are rich in authentic Southeast Asian flavors. The side dishes, Lemongrass Chicken Steak and Signature Fried Chicken Wings, are also quite tasty and flavorful.

The Kaya Toast, made with rich butter and authentic kaya jam, is a must-try, and the bottled milk tea is a classic Hong Kong-style treat. Overall, a very satisfying experience.
