Waves of delicious flavor

The Mid-Autumn Festival is approaching. Let's meet up with a few friends for a meal.

It's not necessary to eat Chinese food during the festival. It's also okay to gather together for a meal of Japanese food.

We came to the Japanese restaurant on the top floor of the Royal Hotel in Shatin, formerly called Gen Fung, transformed into today's Fire Lotus.

We might as well have a drink together during the holidays. What to drink is recommended by the store manager. At first I thought he would introduce Japanese sake, but I didn't expect to bring a bottle of Italian sparkling wine. It's refreshing and sparkling enough. I like it.

Several pickles such as burdock, daikon and garlic are great with the sparkling wine in hand.

Two oysters per person, representatives of France and Australia respectively, personally have always been fond of Australian Coffin Bay, the skirt is refreshing, the flesh is rich and smooth, delicious.

The refreshing Kanba, my favorite Akashi and Nakatoro, the flaming scallops, and the bursting peony shrimp make a hearty and attractive sashimi platter.

What follows is a series of performance items, starting with koro-yaki.

The soft and layered, absolutely salty Karo-yaki, served with two ways of eating toast and seaweed, each has its own characteristics, I like it.

The grilled live lobster is made from Upper Canadian ball dragon, the quality is naturally unquestionable, coupled with just the right heat, the aroma is overflowing, the meat is fresh and tender, I haven't eaten such a high standard of products in a long time.

At this point, I was full, but it came with the wagyu sukiyaki (for those who don't eat beef, it's pork pot), as a carnivore I really couldn't resist. The melted beef in my mouth, combined with the sweet sukiyaki sauce, accompanied by mushrooms, onions and tofu, was eaten by me in one go.

Chicken katana rice, so that I tasted half a bowl of being full to my heart.

Then finish with seasonal fruit, satisfy!

It turned out that without realizing it, I took three or so hours, the joyful time passed really fast ~
