An elegant restaurant in a dungeon

Before leaving Saigon Hotel, we had lunch at the western restaurant next to the hotel. The environment was very consistent with the hotel style. We had a bit more breakfast, so we only ordered a few things to eat!
Location: In the basement of WM Hotel.
Environment: The entrance faces the seaside promenade. You need to go down the stairs to the basement. It makes good use of floor-to-ceiling glass, with plenty of light and a spacious area. There is even a billiard table and a football room. The overall color is earth-colored, and most of the seats are hairdressing seats, which are quite comfortable and elegant!
Service: Friendly and polite.
Lunch: 🥗Beetroot Kale Salad $128
Mainly kale🥬, with beetroot grains, quinoa, pine nuts, pumpkin seeds and green apples🍏, etc. The sauce is lemon vinegar, which tastes sour, but very appetizing!
🥭Mango & 🥥Coconut 🥞pancakes 🥞 $138
This fruit pancake is very rich. I really like to put different fruits as decoration. Not only does it look exquisite, but the taste and texture are also enhanced. The mango sauce is very rich and worth eating.
🍓Strawberry 🥛milkshake $58
It is a big cup, and it also has the sweetness of strawberry 🍓.
🍯Honeycomb Caramel 🥛milkshake $72
The drink was sent by mistake, but we don’t care. We just drink it. It tastes sweeter.
