You have to visit Huangshan at least once

Huangshan 3-Day Hiking Guide|They say "After visiting the Five Great Mountains, no other mountains are worth seeing," but Huangshan will show you what "No mountains in the world" really means🔥
-
🚩Trip Highlights:
Xu Xiake did not deceive me! Climbing Huangshan is truly addictive, with sea of clouds, strange pines, bizarre rocks, and hot springs—each spot makes you marvel at nature’s craftsmanship🌄
-
🗺️3-Day Itinerary:
Day 1:
📍Ciguang Pavilion: It’s recommended to take the Yuping Cableway up the mountain, about 10 minutes one way, cableway ticket 90 RMB/person
📍Welcoming Pine: The iconic landmark of Huangshan, a must-visit photo spot📸
📍Tiandu Peak: The most dangerous peak of Huangshan, but definitely worth the climb (Note: open from April to November)
📍Baiyun Hotel: Recommended to stay in the starry sky room, where you can lie down and watch the stars through a full glass window🌌
-
Day 2:
📍Bright Summit Peak: The second highest peak of Huangshan, an excellent spot for sunrise viewing🌅
📍West Sea Grand Canyon: Recommended to enter from the north entrance and exit from the south entrance, about 4 hours total, don’t miss the popular little train ride!
📍Paiyun Pavilion: Best place to shoot the sunset in the evening
📍Beihai Hotel: Nearby are many century-old pine trees, try to find the "Dream Pen Blossoms"
-
Day 3:
📍Shixin Peak: Many of Huangshan’s strange pines are here
📍Bai’e Ridge: A hotspot for sea of clouds, if lucky you can see the "Cotton Candy Sea of Clouds"☁️
📍Yungu Cableway down the mountain: Recommended to descend before 3 PM to avoid peak return traffic
-
🍜Food Recommendations:
✅Huangshan Shaobing (baked flatbread): Be sure to buy freshly baked ones! Recommended at "Fangxin Yu Maodoufu" on Old Street
✅Stinky Mandarin Fish: The authentic recipe at Yunhua Building Restaurant is amazing! Located on Tangkou Town Commercial Street
✅Mao Tofu: Unique texture, remember to pair with spicy sauce
-
⚠️Practical Tips:
1️⃣Big temperature difference on the mountain, recommend bringing a windbreaker and quick-dry innerwear
2️⃣Bring trekking poles, they are cheap at 3 RMB each at the foot of the mountain
3️⃣For hot springs, choose Piaoxue Hot Spring to experience the contrast of ice and fire
4️⃣"Two different worlds on and off the mountain," be sure to plan cableway times well
5️⃣Book accommodation at least 2 weeks in advance, especially on weekends and during peak season
