This year, the colors have been changing quite late. While the peak viewing period is usually the last week of October, the leaves have just started to change color. It seems that the best time to visit this year will be the first and second weeks of November.
Additionally, starting from October 25th, some roads leading to Kumoba Pond will be subject to traffic restrictions, so please be cautious.

There are no parking lots nearby, so it is recommended to park at places like the Old Karuizawa Street parking lots and walk for about 15 to 20 minutes to reach the pond.
