🇲🇾✨ Review of a 2-night 1-day trip to Kuala Lumpur, solo travel can be chill too
This trip flew from Alor Setar to KL without rushing
Stayed at Kingston Hotel 12@Jalan Raja Laut, clean and safe room, 24-hour staff, perfect for solo female travelers
Even though there was only 1 full day to explore, all the landmarks were covered!
📍 Morning – Start at KLCC Park, leisurely walk under the trees with a full view of the Petronas Twin Towers
📍 Late morning – Cross the bridge to take photos at Saloma Link Bridge, a popular spot, especially beautiful at night with the lights
📍 Noon – Stop for Nasi Lemak and Teh Tarik at a street stall, a truly local vibe
📍 Afternoon – Take a Grab to Pavilion Mall (near Bukit Bintang), lots of shops and cafes, perfect for taking photos
📍 Evening – Return to walk around near the hotel, find a light meal before resting
🛏️ Summary
• You can cover the main spots in KL in just one day
• If traveling solo, it’s recommended to stay near train or metro stations to save on transport costs
• Most KL locals are friendly and easy to communicate with
• Easy to travel even with limited time, just need a good plan
🧳 Rate this trip 8.5/10, deducted points for limited time and slightly high Grab fares, but everything else was very impressive 💙
