I was able to buy sata andagi and blues at "Mitsuya Honpo" in Manzamo, Okinawa's main island.

They're famous for their sata andagi. They have a shop on the second floor of the Cape Manzamo facility. Their Ryukyu Mitsuya Balls (round sata andagi) are limited to 100 per day and were on sale from 11:00 AM. I'd love to buy some next time.
