"Outstanding Western Restaurant in Kwun Tong: Must-Try Tiramisu and Soufflé"

The restaurant is located upstairs in Kwun Tong and is a sister store of Cobber. The pasta and desserts are equally excellent! What sets this place apart from others is the addition of steaks 🥳

✨ Slow-cooked Beef Shoulder ($208)
This dish is ordered at almost every table 😳 It’s served with a candle to keep it warm. The beef shoulder is very tender and smooth, not tough at all. The meat is pinkish and comes with grilled sauce, pesto, and sea salt. It tastes even better with fried garlic slices.

✨ Mentaiko Cream Prawn Pasta ($148)
The sauce is super rich, with bursts of mentaiko in every bite. It’s not salty and the flavor is just right! Super creamy 😍 The prawns are generous in portion, each one large and very bouncy and fresh.

✨ Italian Cheese Lava ($99)
Highly recommended! The outer layer of molten cream is fragrant and smooth, wrapping the tiramisu inside. The cake is moist, with distinct coffee and alcohol flavors. The layers are clear and it tastes very creamy.

✨ Hazelnut Chocolate Caramel Banana Soufflé Pancake ($116)
The soufflé is full of egg aroma, soft and airy, served in two large pieces. The hazelnut chocolate cream is rich, and drizzling maple syrup makes it even better! There are also hazelnut pieces 🌰 I really like the caramelized banana, which has a unique texture. I added a Haagen-Dazs Pistachio & Cream ice cream at a discounted price 🥳 The hot and cold combination with the soufflé is fantastic.

✨ Black Truffle Fries ($68)
The fries are very generous in portion! They are fried to a crispy golden brown without being greasy. A little truffle sauce is drizzled on top. Black truffle sauce and ketchup are also provided for dipping.

✨ Mushroom Truffle Cream Soup ($58)
This is the first time I’ve seen it served like this 😳 It’s full of foam and tastes smoother than regular truffle cream soup. There are small mushroom pieces in the soup.

✨ School Driver ($78)
This cocktail is quite easy to drink, with strong lemon and mint leaf flavors 🍹
