[Kyoto] When I visited in the morning, there were almost no people there.

The deities enshrined here are Emperor Kanmu and Emperor Komei. It was built in 1895 to commemorate the 1100th anniversary of the transfer of the capital to Heian. The Jidai Festival, which began at the same time and for the same reason, is also held at Heian Shrine in October. I visited in the morning (8am) and there were almost no people there, so I was able to enjoy a luxurious visit. If you are going to visit, I recommend visiting in the morning.
