Kyoto
⌇Heian Shrine⌇
Built in 1895 (Meiji 28), this shrine was dedicated to Emperor Kanmu to commemorate the 1,100th anniversary of the relocation of the capital to Heian-kyo. ⛩️
The vermilion-lacquered shrine building is said to recreate architectural techniques from the Heian period.
The popular Kanamori charms come in 10 colors, so you can choose your favorite one. 🩷🩵
It's also a famous cherry blossom viewing spot, so I'd like to visit again in spring. 🌸
