The pairing course starts at 6pm.
You can enjoy nine types of sake based on the theme of Sansan Kudo no Kuken✨️
Shizusuka's sake is selected from sake breweries all over Japan in collaboration with JAPAN CRAFT SAKE COMPANY.
Every sake was perfectly matched with the food, and they taught me how to drink and eat it deliciously, so I was able to enjoy it to my heart's content 💗
You can enjoy watching the food being made right in front of you.
The sound of cutting the conger eel and the way the sashimi is made right in front of you were lively, and I enjoyed it with all my senses ✨️
. . . .
Every dish was so delicious that it was hard to choose a favorite 💗
The plump conger eel was cut right in front of me, and I was served it with soup ✨️
I was shown a knife that is only used to cut conger eels, and I was surprised at how heavy it was!
The slightly unusual salted squid had fine cuts and the texture of the squid was great.
If you add sake to the remaining salted fish, it's also delicious 💕
The sweetfish that was swimming energetically just a moment ago was grilled with salt.
The fragrant, plump flesh had a refined sweetness to it.
The oden at Shizusuka is so delicious that you can drink it all up✨
The sea bream sashimi is made right in front of you, and the flavor spreads from the fluffy texture💗
Oden and sake are a sure thing🙆♀️
The black wagyu beef is sirloin, and the sansho miso that comes with it is also delicious!
Of course, the miso and sake are the perfect combination for dipping the meat.
The rice cooked in a kettle is incredibly delicious, and there are plenty of side dishes to go with it✨️
I want to eat such fluffy, hot rice every day!
I was so full that I couldn't have a second helping☺️
The pairing sake ranged from refreshing to slightly unusual.
I especially liked Saku MONAD and Toyo Bijin Mogu Kayu.
The delicious food, the delicious sake that went well with it, and the wonderful space. Everyone at the restaurant is very kind and really funny☺️
At first I was nervous at the counter seats, but I was pleasantly surprised as I laughed so much✨
I definitely want to visit this restaurant again.
Thank you for the wonderful time.
Thank you for the meal🙏
. . . .
✍️You can also enjoy an aperitif from 4pm🙆♀️
After 9pm it operates as a bar and you can order drinks and dishes a la carte.
At the bar, you can enjoy not only sake but also Japanese whiskey and Japanese cocktails✨️
I was also shown the second floor, which is a private room where you can experience playing with geisha and maiko☺️
