Ginkakuji Temple

Originally, this temple was built
to be a place for Shogun Ashikaga Yoshima to stay in his final years
after his retirement.

Later, after Shogun Ashikaga passed away
his house was changed to Ginkakuji Temple
or the Silver Temple today, which is the original model of the Golden Temple
was actually built as a place for his grandfather
to stay in his retirement.

In addition to this temple being a place to express
the beliefs and faith of the previous generations
that were built for us to see beautiful architecture

This place is also considered a place to see the changing leaves
and is as beautiful as anywhere else in Kyoto.

If you want to know if it's true or not, you have to come and prove it yourself.
