Autumn leaves at Atago Shrine in Kyoto

Atago Shrines are scattered all over Japan, and its head temple is located at the summit of Mount Atago in the northern part of Kyoto City. As it is the final destination of the Atago Mountain climbing, it is visited by many climbers as well as worshippers. It is characterized by its solemn atmosphere on the grounds, which makes it hard to believe that you are at the top of a mountain, and its abundant nature.
