Personally, I recommend the lakeside in the morning. There aren't many people, and the contrast between the quiet air and the lake is superb. It's great for snapping pictures with friends, and portraits too!

Access and Tips:
You can get to the lakeside on foot or by renting a bicycle from within Geneva. Sunglasses and a hat are a must on sunny days. Morning or evening are definitely the best times to visit!
