Bodao Peak in Huanggang, Hubei | A healing hiking route worth visiting many times.

Bodao Peak is located in Luotian County, Hubei Province, two hours away from Luotian County by the Red Tourism Highway. Because one mountain divides two rivers (the Yangtze River and the Huai River), one mountain divides two countries (Chu and Wu), one mountain divides two emotions (folk customs and folkways), and one mountain divides two scenes (the climate and scenery are very different in the north and south), people call this mountain range lying across the Central Plains "Dabie Mountains". The Dabie Mountains are winding and stretching, and are characterized by grandeur, strangeness, danger, seclusion and beauty, but the truly unique one is the Luotian Bodao Peak.

Reason for recommendation: ✅ Stone monsters: The most beautiful part of Bodaofeng Scenic Area is Wolonggang, where there are many strange rocks in various shapes and forms, with the mountain acting as a screen and the stone acting as a platform. The crab stone holds pearls and spits out jade, the laughing frog (stone) looks up to the sky and laughs loudly, and the rhinoceros stone looks at the moon with many thoughts.
✅ Strange pine: The barren bare rock landform of Bodao Peak is the place where strange pine grows. Due to the long-term influence of wind, it has formed a unique shape. Between steep cliffs and on steep cliffs, the Huangshan pines are weathered by the wind and frost, but they still stand proudly and calmly. It may look like a peacock spreading its feathers, or a divine deer looking back, stretching out and unrestrained, swaying in the wind, which is truly amazing.
