I thought Xi'an was beautiful enough until I went to Luoyang (with a guide)

I have always wanted to see whether the most compassionate Vairocana Buddha in the legend is really so beautiful!
Until the moment I saw her today, I believed that all the gorgeous words pale in comparison to her, and humans are like ants under her feet. It is really shocking.

When visiting Luoyang, you must visit Longmen. It is worth the trip.

⚠️The Longmen Grottoes Scenic Area consists of four parts
❶ Xishan Grottoes: 87% of the statues are here
❷Dongshan Grottoes: Folk Grottoes
❸Xiangshan Temple: temple, Chiang and Song villas, etc. (closed at night)
❹Baiyuan: Bai Juyi's tomb (closed at night)

⚠️ Tour route: Scenic area gate ➡️Binyang Middle Cave (Bi✌️ Buddha) ➡️Wanfo Cave ➡️Fengxian Temple (Lushena Buddha niche) ➡️Manshui Bridge ➡️Lianfo Terrace ➡️Longmen Bridge ➡️Longmen Museum (see Figure 12)

❶There are many people standing in the middle of Fengxian Temple. You can take photos from above on both sides of the Vairocana Buddha where there are fewer people to avoid the crowds.
❷There is a potted plant in the southeast corner of Fengxian Temple that can be used as a foreground for shooting
❸People stand on the platform, and the camera is shooting upwards from below the stage

❻People stand on the Buddha worship platform and take pictures of Fengxian Temple across the river. Whether the people are real or not, they look beautiful.

▪️Daytime: 8:00-18:00, Evening: 18:00-20:00
▪️It is recommended to park at the northwest service area. The northeast service area is far away and inconvenient.
▪️Recommended playing time: 2-3 hours, enter the scenic area around 3 pm, just in time to enjoy the day and night scenery
▪️The Vairocana Buddha is the largest stone sculpture in Longmen Grottoes. The Buddha statue was carved by Wu Zetian and has a very high artistic value.
▪️After leaving the scenic area, pass the Manshui Bridge and walk to the Dongshan Grottoes Buddha Worship Platform to overlook the Fengxian Temple. It is a great place with the best camera position.
▪️The shuttle bus stopped operating at 17:30, and Baozi, who wanted to see the night view, had to walk back to the Northwest Service Area
▪️On the way back, you can pass by the Longmen Museum, which is a large official cultural and creative store with beautiful and inexpensive items.
